Located just 50 minutes from Downtown Charleston, 25 minutes from Summerville SC and 20 minutes to I95 and Walterboro. This exclusive gated 4 acre retreat is a one of a kind creation in the lowcountry. Nestled on a small island surrounded by water on the Edisto Rive includes two waterfront docks with kayaks and canoes, a half acre fishing pond, two luxury RV sites and soon a second executive cottage suite. The perfect basecamp for your river fun, its a 6 mile paddle downstream from the Givhans Ferry State Park and 10 minutes from the amazing Bee City Zoo. Perfect for family vacations, corporate outings, wedding or just some outdoor fun with friends.
Amenities
Based on the location of an old hunt camp from the 60's, the original cabin was added on to with several living areas. With beds to sleep 8 its perfect for groups of friends or two families with children. Kayaking, Canoeing, and stand up paddle boards, fire pit, and 1/2 acre fishing pond are just some of the activities onsite, or take a guided river paddle with a naturalist from one of the local guide companies.
Accommodations
A two night minimum for all stays, includes access to kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, on site boat launch and floating dock.
Accommodations for up to 8 guests in 3 separate living areas and two bathrooms. The Suite includes lounge with fireplace, fully bath and efficiency kitchen.
